Rosa has been an administrator, teacher, and teacher coach. With over 30 years of teaching experience, Rosa has had the ability and the passion to reach at-risk students who face a variety of barriers to learning. She earned a B.A in Business Administration, minoring in Human Resource Management. She has also earned a Provisional Certificate with the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools. In her free time, she enjoys music and spending time with her family.
